Ganga Utsav program was organized under Namami Gange in Etawah. Awareness and oath program was organized at Higher Secondary School Raja Ka Bagh under the joint aegis of District Ganga Protection Committee and Social Forestry Division, Etawah.

It provides us with many natural things. But nowadays they are getting polluted on a large scale. We must come together to stop this and save our rivers for a better future.
Arun Kumar Gupta said that dirty drain water should not enter the rivers. For this, dirty water should be cleaned by installing a filter plant. Big dustbins should be kept around rivers. From there the waste should be dumped elsewhere. So that there is no dirt there. Tree plantation should be done on a large scale around rivers.
DPO Namami Gange Sanjeev Chauhan said that since 2017, Ganga Utsav is organized every year to commemorate the anniversary of the declaration of river Ganga as the ‘national river’. Are being celebrated all over the country. Under this Ganga Utsav festival, various cultural activities, cultural programs of school children, public awareness, various competitions and presentation programs of people working in the social sector are organised.
During the program, an oath was administered to the children regarding rural awareness of not throwing garbage in the rivers. Neetu, Regional Forest Officer Badhpura Ashok Kumar Sharma, P.P.Singh, Ravidra Mishra, Avesh Kumar and Anuj Tiwari etc. supported in making the program successful.
