In the morning, a fight broke out between two parties over keeping bricks in Khajuriya village of Bariyarpur police station area of Deoria district. After that both the parties filed their respective complaints at the police station demanding justice. Police registered a case against 5 people from one side and arrested two people.

On Tuesday, a fight broke out between the family of village head Mahesh Gupta and Gamha Yadav over keeping bricks in Khajuriya village of Bariyarpur police station area. In which five people from both sides were injured. Someone made a video of it and made it viral. In the video, some youths from the village head’s side are seen beating Gamha Yadav and his sons with sticks.
Both the parties filed a complaint at the police station demanding justice. It is alleged that the police took unilateral action and registered a case under serious sections against Gamha Yadav, Pradyuman Yadav, Mannu Yadav, Sumendra Yadav and Gorelal Yadav. Police arrested Gamha Yadav and Mannu Yadav on Wednesday.
CO Salempur Deepak Shukla said that both the parties have filed complaints. A case was registered against one side and two people were arrested. The matter is under investigation. After this action will be taken.
