The target of subsidy given on electric three wheelers under the scheme for this financial year (FY2025) was met. Therefore, the central government had stopped giving subsidies for FY2025. MHI has now sanctioned more amount for the electric three wheeler than the entire budget of the scheme.

6. VLF Tennis 1500W Electric Scooter Launched in India: Claimed range of 130 km on full charge, priced at ₹ 1.30 lakh
Italian 2-wheeler brand Velocifero on Tuesday (November 19) launched its first electric scooter VLF Tennis 1500W in India. The company has kept the ex-showroom price of the electric scooter at Rs 1.30 lakh. The new e-scooter will be assembled at KAW Veloce Motors’ factory in Kolhapur.
The company claims that the e-scooter will get a range of 130 kilometers once fully charged. It can be booked from the official website by paying Rs 999. Its delivery will start from November 25. It competes with electric scooters like Ather Rizta, Ola S1, TVS iQube, Hero Vida V1 and Bajaj Chetak.
