At the age of 43, Shahid Kapoor is one of the fittest actors in Bollywood. The actor takes his fitness quite seriously and often shares glimpses of his healthy lifestyle on social media. In an earlier interview, the actor had shared his secrets of looking and feeling young in his 40s. He attributed his wellness to quitting smoking, switching to a vegetarian diet, and discipline.
On his earlier appearance on Ranveer Allahabadia’s podcast, Shahid Kapoor talked about his fitness journey. He said, “I am vegetarian, I don’t drink, and I have been a smoker on and off, but now, for a few years, I haven’t smoked. I think Kabir Singh kind of did it for me as well. I can’t (smoke) now. I am done.”
He also attributed his fitness to a healthy sleep schedule. He continued, “I am pretty disciplined when it comes to sleep now. I used to be a complete insomniac, and I flipped that when I had my kids because I decided that I needed to run my day according to them, because they couldn’t run it according to me.”
