There is a plan to build a multipurpose hub on 50 acres of land at Mudli, 3 km from Nautanwa adjacent to the Nepal border in Maharajganj. Land acquisition for this has also been completed. District Magistrate Anunay Jha informed that for the multipurpose hub

- Tourist Facility Centre- Facilities for tourists visiting Nepal.
- Multi-Specialist Hospital- Modern medical services.
- Parks and Pokhara- special places for nature and recreation.
- Police Post and Power House- Security and uninterrupted power supply.
- Residential and educational institutions – facilities for accommodation along with education for children and youth.
- Shopping Malls, Food Courts and Mini Flex – modern hubs for shopping, dining and entertainment.
- Kids Zone- Special entertainment area for children.
People coming and going from Nepal will get convenience
This hub will provide international level facilities to tourists and businessmen traveling to and from Nepal. Its objective is to promote tourism and trade. This project will accelerate the development of the area and also create employment opportunities. This will be the first such project in the district which will include many types of facilities at one place.
