In a post shared on Instagram stories, Abhishek Kumar shared that his Snapchat account had been hacked and that he has been trying to recover his account.

The recent addition to the list of celebrities who faced digital setbacks is Abhishek Kumar. The actor, who won hearts with his appearance in Bigg Boss 18 followed by Khatron Ke Khiladi 14, recently updated his fans about hacking. In a post shared on Instagram stories, he shared that his Snapchat account had been hacked, sparking concern among fans. The actor also noted that he has been trying to recover his account.
“Snapchat hacked, kabse try kar raha hoon recover karne ka” (Snapchat hacked, I’ve been trying to recover it for so long),” read Abhishek Kumar as he shared his struggle to regain control of his account.
Earlier this year in August, Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 contestant Abhishek Kumar encountered an online fraud. The actor alerted fans about the scam that was being conducted in his name. Revealing the identity of the scammer, he continued that a certain individual named Shivam Saini, impersonating him, had called up his contacts to ask for money. Kumar had also filed a police complaint in this regard.
In a detailed video highlighting the scam, the actor was heard saying, “There’s a man called Shivam Saini. He knows everything about me – what I do, where I am, what I am doing, everything. He calls and messages my friends from his own number and says, “My google pay is not working so please transfer Rs 10,000 and I will return tomorrow.” I had even filed a police complaint and this man stopped but he has started again now. I am mentioning the number below so if anyone calls you with this saying he is Abhishek Kumar, please don’t trust. It is fake.” Abhishek also took legal action by filing a police complaint against the culprit.
Abhishek Kumar rose to fame with his role in the TV soap Udaariyaan. Later, his stint in Bigg Boss 17, wherein he entered with his co-star Isha Malviya, garnered him love and applause from fans, thanks to his charming personality and kind demeanour. The actor also emerged as the first runner-up of the Salman Khan hosted reality show. Following a couple of music videos, Abhishek, then, went on to put his courageous side to display in Rohit Shetty-hosted Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.
