Petition filed in High Court regarding repair of bridge In view of the dilapidated condition of the bridge and the increasing pressure of vehicles traveling on it, Sandesh Foundation President Sandeep Pandey had met Union Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari several times. His effort was to get this bridge repaired and reopened for light vehicles, so that the residents of the area could get relief from the problem of traffic jam. After this, Sandesh Foundation filed a writ in the High Court regarding this matter. He said that during the inspection of the bridge, technical engineers from Delhi, Lucknow and Kanpur had confirmed that if the bridge is repaired, it can be used again for light vehicles. On this basis, a petition was filed in the High Court, and now this issue is going to be heard today.
Dilapidated condition of the bridge and negligence of officials Sandeep Pandey has also raised questions on the negligence of the officials in this entire matter. He says that the condition of the bridge was very bad, and no attention was paid to it.
