The hearing in the case of Neelkanth Mahadev vs Jama Masjid Arrangement Committee in Badaun is to be held today i.e. on 30th November. This case is being heard in the court of Civil Judge Senior Division Fast Track Court Judge Amit Kumar.

The plaintiff in this case, Mukesh Patel, state convenor of Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha, had filed a claim to have Neelkanth Mahadev Temple in Jama Masjid in the year 2022. The arguments from the government side have been completed in the court.
The report of the Archeology Department has also arrived. Whereas now the Arrangement Committee and Waqf Board are defendant numbers one and two. They will now make their arguments. The arguments of the plaintiff’s side will begin near them. The point of debate is whether this case is worth hearing or not.
The hearing was postponed due to the strike The previous date in this case was November 19. However, the hearing could not take place due to the lawyers’ strike. Whereas this case is to be heard today.
