This case is of July 10, 2015, when the plaintiff Ramraj son of Surajdin, resident of Harra, had lodged a complaint in the police station Pahari. It was said in the complaint that a person named Goppa from the village fired the pistol with the intention of killing. After the incident, the police took action and arrested the accused Bhole alias Ramgopal alias Goppa.

The police submitted the charge sheet in the court on 9 March 2016, and the hearing of the case began thereafter. After hearing the arguments of the prosecution and defense, the court found the accused guilty.
