TV actress Niti Taylor has been at the centre of persistent divorce rumours ever since she removed her husband’s surname from her Instagram profile.
TV actress Niti Taylor has been in the news recently due to divorce rumours surrounding her marriage to Parikshit Bawa. The speculation began when Niti, who got married in 2020, removed her husband’s surname from her Instagram profile, prompting fans to wonder if there were issues in their relationship. After multiple reports suggesting a possible separation after four years of marriage, the Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan star has finally addressed the rumours and cleared the air.
Speaking to Filmygyan, the actress addressed the discussions surrounding her marriage, explaining that her silence was meant to counter the false claims. She said, “When you don’t react, that’s the answer. If there’s nothing happening, you are not going to give any justification.”
In a previous interview with Telly Chakkar, Niti even explained the reason behind dropping her husband’s surname from Instagram, stating it was because of astrological reasons. She also refuted rumours of unfollowing her husband, further adding that their pictures are still on her social media handle.
The report also highlighted that Niti Taylor and Parikshit Bawa’s relationship has only strengthened over the years, remaining unaffected by the rumours as they continue to enjoy a healthy and stable married life. In June, Niti effectively put the speculation to rest by posting a picture with her husband from what appeared to be a family event. The couple also marked their third wedding anniversary in August 2023, sharing photos on Niti’s Instagram.
“Celebrating 3 years filled with love, growth, countless memories and tons of long distance! Feeling incredibly blessed and grateful for all the special wishes and love! Thank you all so much!” she wrote at the time.
TV actress Niti Taylor and army officer Parikshit Bawa, who have been childhood friends, tied the knot on August 13, 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the couple opted for an intimate ceremony, with extended family and friends attending virtually. To mark their two-month anniversary, Niti even got her husband’s name tattooed on her ring finger. “For the longest time, it was my dream, that the day I got married I want to get a tattoo of my husband’s name on my ring finger. I have fulfilled my wish. It was a very long name and small fingers, but managed. This is my Second Monthly Anniversary gift to my better half,” she wrote on Instagram with pictures of her tattoo.
Niti, who made her television debut in 2009, rose to fame with the success of her popular show Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan alongside Parth Samthaan.
