A young man from Veeru Garhi village of Ajgaij Kotwali area went to Unnao railway station to drop his cousin. While returning, he was hit by a speeding dumper near Dosti Nagar outpost. He died in the accident. After investigation, the police sent the dead body to the post mortem.

Police reached the spot on information about the accident. Admitted to the district hospital for treatment, where doctors declared him dead. The police identified the incident and informed the family members. The family members reached the mortuary house on Sunday for identification. The police have started the post-mortem process after filing the Panchayatnama of the dead body. Outpost in-charge said that the vehicle involved in the collision is being searched.
