A senior official in the Russian military was killed in Moscow in a deadly blast Tuesday, according to officials. Igor Kirillov, the commander of Russian armed forces’ chemical, biological and radiation defence troops, was sanctioned in October by Britain over the alleged use of chemical weapons in Ukraine.
