The company has started a service program for any Apple model after 3 years. Earlier in 2021, Apple had started a service program due to a malfunction in the earpiece speaker of the iPhone 12.

No charge will be taken to repair the phone If you have a defected iPhone 14 Plus model, you can check your eligibility for service by entering its serial number on Apple’s website. The company says that no fee will be charged to repair the affected device, provided the device is not damaged in any other way. Apple says that the affected models included in the service program will be covered for 3 years from the date of purchase.
