New Delhi. The series of controversies between Ola Electric and comedian Kunal Kamra is not stopping. In its reply sought by the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) within 15 days, Ola Electric claimed to have resolved 99.1% of the 10,644 complaints, with which comedian Kunal Kamra does not agree. He wrote in a post on This post of Kamra has received 1.3 million views so far.
Calling this claim “hard to believe”, he urged Ola owners who are among the “1%” to share their stories.

Kunal Kamra reposted some posts of Ola customers, in which questions were raised on the way complaints were handled by the company. Users claimed that the company merely closed customer complaints. Kamra wrote, “If the complaint is not filed then there will be no complaint…”
