A major accident took place in a sweet shop in Haldwani on Thursday. An LPG cylinder fell from the upper floor on the head of a mechanic who had come to repair the fridge in a shop named Standard Sweet in Mangal Padav area. It is being told that some employees working in the shop were moving towards the second floor after trapping the LPG cylinder in a clip, when the cylinder got separated from the clip and fell on the head of the mechanic going down. The mechanic died on the spot. The CCTV video of this entire incident has now surfaced which is extremely disturbing. It is clearly visible in the video how the cylinder suddenly fell on the mechanic’s head and he died on the spot… After the incident, the owner closed the shop and ran away.
