A total of 65 complaint letters related to various departments of the tehsil area were received in the Total Solution Day organized on Monday under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Durga Shakti Nagpal in Lakhimpur-Kheeri district. Revenue department has the highest number of complaints
According to Tehsil sources, on Sampoorna Samadhan Divas, 25 from Revenue Department, 9 from Development Department, 8 from Police Department, 3 from Public Works Department, 3 from Sugarcane Department, 2 from Food and Logistics Department, Electricity, Municipality, Women Welfare Department. 1 complaint each, and a total of 12 complaints from other departments were received. Of these, only 5 complaints of the Revenue Department could be resolved on the spot, while the remaining 60 complaints remained unresolved, which were sent for action after investigation.
Complaints against quacks
On this occasion, complaints of quack doctors’ clinics running in different parts of the city in defiance of the Chief Minister’s orders, issues of sugarcane payment arrears, and letters given by disabled people and widows remained the center of discussion. There was anger among the people in the area regarding these issues.
