He also said that we have come to warn our colleagues that there is no need for them to be confused in the times to come. We came as a single union in 2004, and in 2013 also we won with a huge majority.
Since the Northern Railway Men’s Union and the All India Railway Men’s Federation have always been in the field of struggle, the hundred years of the All India Men’s Federation are years of struggle. I understand that people have a lot of love for this organization and if we come back victorious then there are many issues like opening LDC and reducing working hours.
He said that opportunities for their pro-policies have to be found. If the condition of the houses is to be improved then we will do all this work. We hope that Northern Rekhne Men’s Union will get a big victory in the upcoming elections.
Assistant General Secretary RK Pal said that the purpose of today’s workers’ conference is to prepare our workers for bringing Northern Railway Men’s Union as such a strong union in the union recognition elections on 4th, 5th and 6th December. Our hope is that by realizing our dream of One Industry, One Union, we can give the railway employees their due rights in view of their contribution in the development of the railway industry.
