1. Trikonasana
Doing Trikonasana improves blood circulation, which brings natural glow on the face.
1- To do Trikonasana, first of all stand straight and keep a little distance between the legs.
2- Taking a deep breath, tilt the body to the right.
3- Raise your left hand upward and keep your eyes upward.
2. Malasana
