According to the police, two shooters were captured on CCTV in the silver trader murder case. An XUV500 was also seen. According to police investigation, this vehicle was used in the murder. Patna Police reached Mathura on Tuesday while investigating. Nikhil Aggarwal, son of silver businessman Haribabu, resident of Govindnagar area police station there, was arrested.
After interrogating him, the police caught Jitendra, a resident of village Wati of Jaint area. Nikhil’s car was also seized. The police took the vehicle with Nikhil and Jitendra to Patna. Patna Police says that during the interrogation of Nikhil, many mysteries related to the murder case will be revealed. Inspector Devpal Singh Pundir of Govindnagar police station of Mathura told that Patna police had come. Has taken two people with him for questioning. Some clues have been found from CCTV. It was told that help has also been sought from UP STF to nab the shooters in this case.
The suspicious youth is the son of a distributor Haribabu, father of Nikhil Agarwal, who was caught in the silver trader murder case, knew the deceased Awadhesh Agarwal very well. Patna Police has come to know that both of them knew each other since the time of Pradeep Jain alias Babbe. Pradeep Jain had made Awadhesh Aggarwal the distributor of CB Chains in Patna. Pradeep Jain alias Babbe was murdered in the year 2005. After Babbe’s murder, his younger brother Dhankumar Jain took over the reins of the business. He had snatched the distributorship of CB Chains from Awadhesh in 2014. After taking over the business of Patna from Awadhesh, it was given to Haribabu, a resident of Mathura. The police have now arrested Haribabu’s son Nikhil for questioning in the murder case.
The strings of silver trader murder case are entangled. Awadhesh Aggarwal was shot dead on October 27 in Chudi Gali located in Pirbahore police station area of Patna. Awadhesh Aggarwal, resident of Parinay Kunj (Hariparvat) of Agra, was acquitted by the High Court in murder charges and Gangster Act just a few days before the murder. In November 2015, there was a murderous attack on Dhan Kumar Jain, owner of CB Chains, a silver merchant in Agra. In this case, Agra Police had sent half a dozen people to jail including Dhan Kumar Jain’s elder brother Pradeep Jain alias Babbe’s brother-in-law Vishal Agarwal. Awadhesh Aggarwal was sent to jail twice by Agra Police in this case. Action was also taken against him under the Gangster Act. In the year 2022, the police had tried to confiscate his property under the Gangster Act. He had gone to the High Court against this. From there both were acquitted in the cases.
