Police taking the accused arrested in Cantt police station to court.
Varanasi Cantt Police arrested two criminals who were released after getting bail on fake documents. Both the real brothers had attached the documents of the person who died 20 years ago in the appeal filed for bail in the assault case.

In the case registered on the complaint of the clerk of the Special Executive Magistrate, the police was searching for the accused for a year, a reward of Rs 25-25 thousand was also announced on both the brothers. Both of them had come to Banaras from outside on Chhath when the police caught them.
After interrogation, both of them were presented in the court, from where they were sent to jail. In this case, the mother and sister of the accused were also sent to jail by the police last year, who got bail from the High Court last month.
Jitendra Patel and Dharmendra Patel, residents of Lalpur in Lalpur police station area, had a dispute with their neighbor over land. When the administration and revenue team arrived to do the measurement, both of them had an argument with them. Jitendra’s mother Rajkumari Devi and sister Sheela Devi attacked the opponents and injured them.
Lalpur police arrived on information and arrested all four. In this, a case was registered against everyone under other sections including breach of peace and obstruction in government work. All were presented in the court of the Special Executive Magistrate located at Police Lines, from where they were sent to jail.
The next day, a bail petition was filed on behalf of the accused, in which the accused presented six sureties and got bail. When the opposition lawyer got the investigation done, five sureties were found to be fake, while another one had died 20 years ago.
Police registered a case of fraud and forgery
In the case registered at Lalpur police station, the police registered a case against all the four people who got bail from the ACP court with fake documents. The clerk of the Special Executive Magistrate registered a case against the accused for cheating the deceased by making him a surety, in which Jitendra Patel and Dharmendra Patel and mother Rajkumari Devi and sister Sheela Devi were named.
Mother Rajkumari and sister Sheela were arrested by the police a few days later and both brothers fled from home. Due to the efforts of both, their mother and sister were able to get bail from the High Court after about seven months. The police had announced a reward of Rs 25-25 thousand on both the absconding accused.
Police caught on Chhath
According to the police, both have been arrested near Varanasi Cantt station. Both were missing for a long time and had come home on Chhath. However, the police arrested both of them, produced them in the court and sent them to jail. Both the brothers have a reward of Rs 25 thousand each, a case was registered against both of them in 2022.
