In the 32nd National Annual Workshop of the three-day ISOCON (Indian Society of Otology) organized at Hotel JP, Dr. Omveer Singh of Ghaziabad told that people do not take seriously the discharge after a hole in the eardrum. Due to this even the ear bone melts. Due to which there is danger even to death. Hearing stops. In such cases, ear reconstruction surgery is done. The melted bone is replaced by taking bone from the ear itself and implanting it. Such surgeries have increased now.

Dr. Rajan Bhargava of Gorakhpur told that there are three bones in the ear, it is only through these bones that waves are formed and heard. This causes the problem of autochlorosis. This problem is seen after the age of 15 years. In this, a piston is inserted in the form of a surgical implant. After this the patient starts hearing. He told that using mobile phone and earphones for a long time causes hearing problems and should not be used for a long time.
Facial paralysis recovering from surgery Facial paralysis is occurring due to road accidents and facial injuries. Dr. Alok Thakkar of ENT department of AIIMS Delhi said that in such cases, new medicines have now come and the nerve is repaired through surgery.
