New Delhi. Bengaluru based electric two-wheeler manufacturer Oben has launched its affordable electric motorcycle Oben Rorr EZ. The company has launched this electric motorcycle in three variants, the price of which starts from only Rs 89,999 (ex-showroom).
The company has launched this bike at an introductory price which is applicable for some time only. That means this attractive price will be available for a limited time only. Customers can book it online or by visiting their nearest dealership with a booking amount of Rs 2,999. The company has also informed that customers will not have to wait much for its test rides and delivery.
Design and features of Oben Rorr EZ
Oben Rorr EZ electric bike has been launched in four colors which include Electro Amber, Serge Cyan, Lumina Green and Photon White. The bike is built on an ARX framework and sports a neo-classic design, including a round LED headlight at the front, floating digital cluster and eye-catching graphics.
Talking about the features, it includes features like LED instrument cluster, UBA, geo-fencing, theft protection and DAS. This e-bike comes in three drive modes – Eco, City and Havoc. Oben claims that it takes only 45 minutes to charge the battery up to 80%. Customers can also opt for a comprehensive warranty package of up to 5 years or 75,000 kms.
Its other key features include multi-spoke alloy wheels, telescopic front suspension, rear mini shock setup, LED taillights, and disc brakes on both wheels.
Battery, Motor and Range
Talking about battery and motor, this e-bike comes with three battery options – 2.6 kWh, 3.4 kWh and 4.4 kWh. LFP battery pack has been used in it which comes with the company’s patented technology. The maximum speed of all three variants is 95 kmph and it accelerates from 0-40 kmph in just 3.3 seconds. This bike claims to cover a distance of 175 km on full charge.
