Srinagar Garhwal. A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. There was a dispute between two brothers regarding the calf of a cow. The dispute escalated to such an extent that the elder brother became thirsty for the life of the younger brother. He killed the younger brother by beating him with a bamboo. The police have arrested the accused. He has been produced in the court and sent to jail. The bamboo used in the murder has also been recovered. The police is investigating the matter.
According to the information received, the incident took place in Panchur village of Yamkeshwar block of Pauri district. Yamkeshwar police station received information that there was a dispute between two brothers in Panchur village over a calf. The police team immediately reached the spot, where it was found that first there was a dispute between the two brothers regarding the calf and then the dispute turned into a fight.
Accused Ravindra Mohan hid near the house
Pauri Garhwal SSP Lokeshwar Singh said that in a dispute between the two brothers, the elder brother accused Ravindra Mohan killed his younger brother Rakesh Mohan by beating him with a bamboo stick. After which the police took possession of the body and collected evidence by conducting Panchnama. The accused Ravindra Mohan, who was hiding near the house, was immediately taken into custody. The accused was presented in the court, after which he was sent to jail on the orders of the court. The police is investigating the matter.
