Consume up to 6 grams daily
Dr. Rajkumar (D.U.M) told that cinnamon is used to control blood sugar. It has been found in many researches that consuming cinnamon regularly can reduce blood sugar levels. It can also increase the sensitivity of insulin in the body, making it easier to control sugar. Apart from this, consumption of cinnamon has also been considered helpful in preventing heart disease, cancer, and reducing inflammation. If 2 to 6 grams of cinnamon is consumed daily, the brain becomes sharp. However, high dose of cinnamon can cause harm. Therefore, it is better to consume only 2 to 6 grams of it.
