In this yatra, women were walking wearing saffron clothes and carrying urns on their heads, while men and women were participating in the yatra with chants of Jai Shri Ram. The atmosphere had become completely devotional. During the Kalash Yatra, attractive tableaux were presented by artists from different states, which mesmerized the people all along the route.
Organizer social worker Gyan Prakash Singh, who is the main sponsor of Ram Katha, greeted the people participating in the yatra in an open jeep and called upon them to come to the Katha.
Kalash Yatra route and puja ceremony From the immersion ghat of Nav Durga temple situated on the holy banks of Adiganga Gomti, the pundits performed the puja with Vedic mantras and started the Kalash Yatra for the story venue BRP College.
During the journey, narrator Prem Bhushan Maharaj was traveling in a decorated car, while right behind him was senior BJP leader and Ramkatha sponsor Gyan Prakash Singh in an open jeep. The tableau of Ram Darbar was also mounted on the chariot during the journey.
Kalash Yatra route This historical Kalash Yatra started from the immersion ghat and reached the grounds of BRP College via Sadbhavna Bridge, Kerarveer Temple, Chaharsu Square, Shahi Bridge, Ruhatta, Polytechnic Square, Wajidpur Tiraha. During the yatra, flowers were being showered by the public and officials of social service organizations on both sides of the road. The enthusiasm and devotion of the women and youth during the yatra was worth seeing, which made the entire atmosphere devotional.
