18-year-old Kishan Chauhan, a resident of Taktakpur in Jafrabad town of Jaunpur, died tragically due to electrocution in Lucknow on Monday. After the incident, the youth present with him took his body to home, where the police is conducting the post-mortem.

Kishan Chauhan’s maternal home is in Kharakpur village of Sindhaura police station area of Varanasi. On November 8, he had gone to visit his maternal home. He had an old acquaintance with his maternal grandfather’s neighbor Sandeep Pal. On November 2, Sandeep Pal told Kishan about his plan to work in Lucknow with Umesh Chauhan, a resident of his neighboring village Chitaura. Kishan also reached a house with them on 10 November, near Keshavpur police station in Madiyav police station area of Lucknow.
There all three had to fix aluminum sheets in the wall of the house. While working on Monday evening, Kishan suddenly got electrocuted and fell down. The people present on the spot immediately took him to a private hospital, where doctors declared him dead.
Police sent the body for postmortem The two youths accompanying Kishan gave this sad news to his family members and returned home in the morning with the dead body. As soon as information about the incident was received, the family members informed the police. Police Station Head Jaiprakash Yadav said that the youth accompanying the deceased have confirmed the death due to electric shock. At present, all aspects of the incident will become clear only after the post mortem report comes.
