In such a situation, Deputy CMO of the district Alendra Kumar raided and seized the hospital. Along with this, two cesarean women admitted in this hospital were also referred to the trauma center. Deputy CMO Alendra Kumar told that after the earlier seizure of Arya Hospital, there were five seizures of Lalganj and all the hospitals are running.

Shortly before the police arrived on the information of the dispute, Arya Hospital operator Ravindra Kumar ran away with his wife in Lalganj market. On receiving the information, raid was conducted and action was taken to seize Arya Hospital for the second time. When information about the doctors of the siege hospital was taken from the Deputy CMO, he told that all the hospitals are under siege. No hospital operator has a degree.
Even though the CMO of the district is claiming to prevent illegal hospitals from running in the district, the way a large number of illegal hospitals are running in the district.
