New Delhi. Electric vehicle brand Okaya has launched its high-speed electric sports bike Ferrato Disruptor in India. The company has kept the price of this bike at Rs 1.40 lakh in Delhi. This price is after receiving electric vehicle subsidy.
It looks like a sports bike with a full fairing. It can be driven up to 129 kilometers on full charge. The company has used a 4 Kwh battery in it, which takes very less time to charge completely. The top speed of this e-bike is 95 kilometers per hour.
The bus will run one kilometer for 25 paise
The cost of running the Ferrato Disruptor is quite low. The cost of fully charging this bike once is only Rs 32. That means it can be driven up to 129 kilometers for just Rs 32. Accordingly, this e-bike can travel up to one kilometer at a cost of just 25 paise, which is cheaper than any bike or scooter that runs on petrol.
Bike will be available after 90 days
With the launch of this new e-bike, Okaya has also started booking. However, its delivery will start after 90 days. After launching this e-bike, the company has started preparing to launch the next product.
The features are also great
This e-bike has three riding modes – Eco, City and Sports. The battery installed in this bike can work even at a temperature of 270 degrees. This battery comes with IP-67 rating due to which its durability is much better and can last for a long time. The company is giving 3 years/30,000 km warranty on this e-bike.
Talking about some other features, it has features like full digital instrument cluster, LED headlight, LED taillight, alloy wheels and dual disc brakes. Apart from this, the bike also has features like Bluetooth and smartphone connectivity. The company is offering the first 1000 customers to book a bike for only Rs 500.
