There was a dispute going on regarding the house of petitioner Phoolmati, resident of Nizamabad, Azamgarh. The case was pending in the competent court. Meanwhile, Sub Divisional Magistrate, Nizamabad issued a notice on 25 March 2024 saying that the petitioner is in illegal occupation of the house. Instructions have been issued to vacate the house and hand over possession to the owner. This has not been complied with. As a final warning, you are directed to vacate the disputed premises within a week and hand over the possession to the landlord, failing which the premises will be vacated. After this, the petitioner was thrown out of the house after arriving with the police team. The petitioner challenged this notice in the High Court.
