He told that some people have a sensitive digestive system, so they may also face the problem of gas and indigestion by eating papaya daily. At the same time, if papaya is consumed in excess, it may cause stomach ache and other digestive problems. Therefore, it should be eaten in balanced quantity only.

Doctor Vinay Khullar told that this fruit should be taken in right quantity. If taken in the right quantity, papaya contains fiber and papain enzyme, which also helps in improving digestion. Eating papaya on an empty stomach in the morning keeps the stomach clean and provides relief from constipation.

Papaya contains high amounts of antioxidants like Vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin E. Along with this, it is an excellent source of carbohydrates, fiber, protein, vitamin B9, potassium and magnesium.
