The havoc of high speed in Bhinga area is becoming a lesson of trouble for the people. Where a speeding bike rider hit a moped rider at high speed. The accident was so severe that the moped rider died on the spot. He has been identified as Ramkumar Tiwari, resident of Patna.
Brother filed a complaint with the police As soon as information about the accident was received, a huge crowd of people gathered at the spot. Police have sent the body for postmortem. Police has started taking necessary action and investigation in the matter. Ramkumar Tiwari’s brother has filed a complaint with the police demanding action.
