South actress Nayanthara has slammed Dhanush regarding the documentary controversy. Sharing a note on social media, the actress said, ‘You have become a successful actor because of your father and brother, but I had no godfather in the film industry. However, I never thought you would stoop so low. Actually, this matter is related to the documentary ‘Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale’ based on Nayanthara’s life. Dhanush has sent a legal notice of Rs 10 crore to the actress, objecting to the 3-second visual in this documentary.

The actress further wrote, ‘You kept waiting for NOC for two years and did not even pass my documentary, so we will edit it again, for the 3 second visual for which you have sent a legal notice of Rs 10 crore. The decision will now be taken in the court and your legal notice will be replied to in a legal manner.
What is the whole matter? Nayanthara had sought permission from Dhanush for the songs and visuals of his film ‘Naanum Rowdy Dhaan’ for her documentary ‘Nayanthara: Beyond the Fairy Tale’. But Dhanush refused to give them permission and then after watching the trail of the documentary, sent a legal notice of Rs 10 crore to the actress on the charge of visual theft of just 3 seconds. Let us tell you, Nayanthara herself was the lead actress in the film Naanum Rowdy Dhaan.
