Officials of Bharatiya Kisan Union Apolitical staged a dharna at the Collectorate regarding three-point demands. He accused the accountants of harassing the farmers while determining the circle rate. They submitted a memorandum and demanded that their demands be fulfilled.

Under the leadership of District President Pushpendra Kumar Advocate, the officials reached the Collectorate in the afternoon, where they sat on the ground and started raising slogans. The District President said that there is a shortage of DAP in the district. The farmer is wandering from door to door. The government is not able to provide DAP to the farmers. Industrial corridor is being built in Naseerpur. There are two ways of dealing there.
Demand for action against accountants The circle rates of these four villages Naseerpur, Awaspur, Gospur Chak Salempur are lower as compared to other villages. Circle rates of these villages should be like other villages. A memorandum is being given to increase the price of sugarcane by Rs 50 in the entire state. The price of sugarcane should be increased by Rs 450 per quintal. He said that if his demands were not considered, he would be forced to carry out violent agitation. He demanded action to be taken against the accountants who harass the farmers. Ramesh Chandra, Ramsanehi, Hridesh Kumar, Hari Singh etc. were present among those who submitted the memorandum.
