A 42 year old man committed suicide by hanging himself in Dubagga area of Lucknow. The wife had gone to her maternal home after a fight. After which the young man did not come out of the house. When people nearby expressed apprehension and went near the house, there was a foul smell. After this the police was informed.

According to Ravi Mishra, elder brother Ramjeevan (42) lived with his wife Shilu in New Colony, Bhamrauli. He used to work in installing TV setup boxes in Sahadatganj. Ramjeevan was married to Shilu, a resident of Atriya, Sitapur, 6 years ago. He often fought with his wife. There was a fight between the two on Sunday also.
After which information was also given to dial 112. Both of them were made to calm down after explaining. But the deceased’s wife Shilu got angry and went to her maternal home in Attriya. After which Ramjeevan was alone at home. Ramjeevan was not visible anywhere for three-four days. When people nearby went near the house and saw that there was a foul smell coming from the house.
Due to which the information was given to the police. Police reached the spot as the main gate of the house was locked and climbed down from the roof using a ladder to find that the door of Ramjeevan’s room was open. While he was lying motionless on the ground. There were scratch marks on the body of the deceased. Inspector Abhinav Kumar Verma said that the body looks two-three days old. The body has been sent for post-mortem, further action will be taken based on the report.
