Almora. Often people are fond of traveling and there are many people who are fond of traveling within their state as well as within the country and abroad. Dal Bahadur (45), a resident of India’s neighboring country Nepal, is one such person. He has visited 6 countries so far. He is also known as World National Anthem Yatri Ramji Nepali. Dal Bahadur has reached Almora district of Uttarakhand these days. While talking exclusively to Local 18, Dal Bahadur told that since the year 2015, he had set out on a world tour. His journey has now reached India after passing through different countries and currently he is in Almora district of Uttarakhand. He completes this journey sometimes by walking and sometimes by asking for a lift. He also told that he remembers the national anthems of 160 countries by heart.
Dal Bahadur said that he felt very good after coming to Almora district of Uttarakhand. Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh are very beautiful. After Almora, he will go to Haldwani, Delhi and then from there to Rajasthan. During the journey, he also carries tent material with him. If help is available from someone, sometimes they even stay in a hotel. He said that many times people feel that their government and people help them in the journey they are undertaking, but this is rarely the case because they manage to undertake this journey somehow.
Purpose of Dal Bahadur’s journey
Dal Bahadur told that he had gone on a journey in the year 2015. He has so far traveled to Belgium, Spain, France, Netherlands and UAE. Now he has reached India. This is his second visit to India. The purpose of his visit is to bind the world together, promote cultural tourism and introduce goodwill to the people. His journey will continue like this in future too.
