To make the board examinations transparent and cheating-free in Shahjahanpur, DM Dharmendra Pratap Singh and SP Rajesh S held a review meeting with the concerned officials. In this meeting held in the Collectorate Auditorium, the District School Inspector (DIOS) was informed about the examination centres.

Previous and new examination centers will be examined
The DM demanded a report on the examination centers removed last year and the new centers created this time. He said that the complaints received in the selection of examination centers should be resolved as soon as possible. The school inspector was instructed to personally inspect the centers and verify all the arrangements.
Emphasis on CCTV and other arrangements
The DM said that CCTV cameras, access roads and other facilities should be verified in advance as per the board’s standards at all the examination centres. He also asked to ensure that all preparations are completed on time and students get a chance to take the examination in a peaceful environment.
deployment of police force
SP Rajesh S said that adequate police force will be deployed to conduct the examinations in a peaceful and safe manner. Tight security arrangements will be made at the examination centers so that no irregularities take place.
Special focus on transparency
DM and SP made it clear that no negligence will be tolerated to make the board examinations cheating-free and transparent. All concerned officers were instructed to fulfill their responsibilities with full honesty.
