An uncontrolled auto collided with an electric pole late on Friday night near Rangeeldas Pokhara located in Tilmapur of Sarnath police station area of Varanasi district. Father and son died in the accident. On the spot, the police took the body into custody and sent it for post-mortem. According to the information, Sitaram, Sunil Kumar, Gopi and Babi, residents of Dinapur, had gone to Rajatalab to attend the marriage procession. While coming back, due to high speed of the auto, it went out of control and collided with an electric pole. Father Sitaram (60) and son Sunil Kumar (30) died on the spot in the accident. According to the police, Sunil was the second among three brothers. The news of the death of father and son created chaos in the family.
