Seeing the mutilated form of the dead body, it was clear that the body had scattered into pieces after being crushed by a heavy vehicle. This scene shocked the regional people, and as soon as information about the incident was received, the police and UPDA rescue team reached the spot.

Police say that preliminary investigation has revealed that the youth was mentally disturbed, and it is possible that he might have come on the road and got hit by a vehicle. Besides, CCTV footage around the incident site is also being scrutinized to know how the youth reached there and what incidents happened to him.
