Vivo’s new phone Vivo V40e is ready to enter India today. The launch of the phone will start at 12 noon, and the teaser for it has already gone live. Vivo has also announced that this phone can be purchased from Flipkart and the company’s official website. The company has revealed some special features of the officially upcoming Vivo V40e in the teaser. Apart from this, it has also been revealed that this device will be made available in two color options – Royal Bronze and Mint Green. Let us know what can be expected from Vivo’s new phone.

Vivo V40e will have a 6.77-inch 3D curved display which will come with full-HD+ (2392×1080) resolution. Its display will support 120Hz refresh rate, HDR 10, P3 color gamut and 93.3% screen-to-body ratio.

If rumors are to be believed, the new phone can be expected to come with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC with at least 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, which is an upgrade over the Vivo V30e’s Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC.

As for the camera, it has been revealed that Vivo V40e will have a dual rear camera setup, which will have a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary camera with 2x portrait mode and an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens with Aura Light. The front of the phone will have a 50-megapixel Eye-AF sensor for selfies and video calling. Some AI features like AI photo enhancer, AI eraser will be available in the phone’s camera.

For power, like Vivo V30e, the upcoming V40e will have a 5,500mAh battery, and it will come with 80W fast charging support.

How much can the price be?
There are rumors about the new phone that the price of the base model of Vivo V40e in India can be between Rs 20,000 to Rs 30,000. Let us tell you that Vivo V30e was launched with a starting price of Rs 27,999. Therefore the price of the new phone may also be around that.
