British pop-rock band Coldplay is set to perform in Mumbai on 18-19 January 2025. There is a lot of craze among people about Coldplay’s music concert in Mumbai. How much everyone is waiting for this event can be seen from the rush of booking. Today i.e. on 22nd September, the sale of tickets for this concert has started on Book My Show, and within a short time both the app and the website crashed. This clearly means that the traffic of people booking on the app and website simultaneously increased.
However, after some time it started working fine again. Users across the country shared screenshots of screen freeze on social media and reported the outage.
As soon as news of the BookMyShow app crashing came to light, many users on social media platform X started complaining about the slow speed of ticket booking. After a short pause, it got fixed again but there was a flood of memes on social media.
