After a long time, a case was registered in the police stations against the dismissed teachers who were working in Maharajganj Basic Education Department through fake and forged documents. On the complaint of Block Education Officer Shivkumar of Paniyara and Vanshidhar Singh of Siswa, Kotwali police arrested 3 people.

Among the fake teachers against whom case has been registered, the names of Premchandra Shukla, a teacher posted in the primary school Dihwa Dumra of Paniyara block and two other teachers of Siswa area, Jaiprakash Pandey and Usmani are included. On the complaint of both the block education officers, the police have registered a case against them under the section of fraud and forgery.
Sadar Kotwal Manoj Kumar Rai said that till now a case has been registered against a total of 12 teachers. The investigation of the entire matter is going on, further action will be taken on the basis of evidence.
The department is reluctant to give the addresses of teachers in the complaint
Even after being dismissed for a long time, the department continued to protect 12 teachers of the district by not filing a case against them. But now, after pressure, the case is being written, yet the departmental heads and block education officers have not mentioned the addresses of the accused teachers in it also.
According to the rules, the address should have been given in the complaint, using which the accused teachers have got the job. But the address of that school has been given in the name of the addresses of most of the accused.
The investigator asked for records from BSA office.
In Sadar Kotwali, 6 cases have been registered against 12 accused teachers who were dismissed in the last 3 days. After the case was registered, the police has started investigation.
