Anshul Goyal’s family lives in Saket Mansarovar, Civil Lines. He has three showrooms in the city in the name of Goyal Bath. One showroom is near Chhipi Tank, the second on Roorkee Road and the third near Harmony Inn Hotel on Garh Road. The height of the showroom building from the front is 40 feet. At night, a thief entered the 18 feet high building from the back through the drain. After breaking the roof, he reached the showroom inside. Stayed inside the showroom for about thirty minutes. He broke into the showroom and stole cash worth Rs 5 lakh 30 thousand. The CCTV footage revealed that the miscreant did not even disturb the goods kept in the shop. That means the thief already knew that there was a huge amount of money inside the shop. On behalf of Anshul Goyal, the CCTV footage installed inside the showroom has been given to Nauchandi police. In the footage, the thief is going inside the showroom hiding his face with his jacket. CO Abhishek Tiwari said that a police team has been deployed. The miscreants are being searched.
