New Delhi. Realme has launched its new smartphone ‘Realme P2 Pro’ in India. This new mid-range device will be available for under Rs 25,000 and will soon go on sale on Flipkart. This phone of Realme will compete with OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, Samsung Galaxy M34 5G, Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, IQ Z7 Pro 5G, Motorola Edge 40, but the question is that all these phones will also be in the same range in price and features. And will they allow Realme’s new phone to survive?

Under the launch offer, customers can get a discount of Rs 2,000 in the early bird sale to be held on September 17 from 6 to 8 pm. This phone can be purchased on Realme’s official website and Flipkart.
Display and design
Realme P2 Pro has a 6.7-inch FHD+ curved Samsung AMOLED display, which supports 120Hz refresh rate, 100% P3 color gamut, and 240Hz touch sampling rate. This display comes with Pro-XDR support, which provides better brightness and color contrast. Along with this, it also includes 2160PWM dimming and 1200 nits high brightness mode, so that the screen can be easily seen even in sunlight.
Processor and performance
Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset has been used in Realme P2 Pro, which provides it a strong performance. This phone is available in three storage options – 8GB+128GB, 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB. LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 3.1 storage technology has been used in it, which increases the speed of data transfer. This phone runs on Realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14, which equips it with the latest features and updates.

For security, it has an in-display fingerprint sensor, and the phone has a 4500mm tempered VC + 9953mm graphite 3D VC cooling system, which protects it from heating. The phone has an IP65 rating, which makes it protected from dust and light rain, and it also has “Rainwater Touch Support”.
Will give tough competition to other smartphones of the same range
The price of Realme P2 Pro starts from Rs 21,999, and there are many such smartphones available in this segment which it can give a tough competition to and eat away their share. Especially smartphones of OnePlus, Redmi and Samsung can be its main targets, the list of which is given below.
The starting price of Realme P2 Pro is Rs 21,999, which is lower than other phones in its segment like Redmi Note 12 Pro (Rs 24,999) and iQOO Z7 Pro (Rs 23,999). At such a low price, premium features like AMOLED display, 120Hz refresh rate, and 80W fast charging make it a better option than other phones. The additional discount of Rs 2,000 in the launch offer makes it even more affordable, making it an attractive option for customers.
The Realme P2 Pro’s 6.7-inch FHD+ curved Samsung AMOLED display comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate, giving it a better viewing and gaming experience than the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G and Samsung Galaxy M34. Pro-XDR support and high brightness of 1200 nits makes it easy to use even in sunlight, which makes it different from other phones.
Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset has been used in Realme P2 Pro, which is an excellent processor in this segment. In comparison, OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G and Samsung Galaxy M34 have less powerful processors. Additionally, the Realme P2 Pro also has 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage options, making it a better option for heavy data users than other phones.
The 5,200mAh battery with 80W fast charging makes it attractive for those who need a large battery that charges fast. In comparison, the battery of Samsung Galaxy M34 is bigger, but the fast charging is less. The charging speed of Redmi Note 12 Pro and iQOO Z7 Pro is also less than that of Realme P2 Pro, due to which this phone can overtake in this matter.
The 4500mm VC + 9953mm Graphite 3D VC cooling system of Realme P2 Pro keeps it from heating during prolonged use, which is an important feature especially for gamers. With this feature, this phone can perform better than other phones like OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G and Samsung Galaxy M34.
