The weather has remained dry in Uttarakhand for the last few days and there is no possibility of rain or snowfall in the coming week. According to Bikram Singh, Director of Meteorological Center based in Dehradun, at present there is not much impact of western disturbance in the state. This is the reason that the sky will remain clear from the mountains to the plains. However, the cold has started increasing in the morning and evening. In the plains of Uttarakhand, the minimum temperature has been recorded at 8-9 degrees Celsius and the maximum has been recorded at 25-26 degrees Celsius. At the same time, in the hilly areas the minimum temperature has been recorded at 4-5 degrees and the maximum has been recorded at 15-16 degrees Celsius. Despite the drop in temperature, we will still have to wait for snowfall.
