With promotions for Pushpa 2 going on at full speed, Rashmika Mandanna has been out and about, travelling across the country. On Friday, she was in Mumbai for a press event organised by the makers of the film. A video featuring the actress as she got clicked at the airport is now going viral. In the clip, she is seen flaunting her infectious smile, posing for the shutterbugs. Her simplicity as she does Namaste to them is truly impressive.

Her grey sneakers, hair tied in a sleek bun and minimal glam completed the look. Before boarding her car, she waved at the shutterbugs and even indulged in a quick chat with them.
Ahead of the release of Pushpa 2: The Rule, Rashmika Mandanna penned an emotional note on her Instagram stories, describing the overwhelming day that November 25 was. It was the last day of the actress on the sets of the Pushpa franchise after a five-year-long journey. She started the note with “Dear Diary”, followed by hinting at the third movie in the franchise. “Ok I’ll explain,” she said before elaborating on her experience.
The actress shared that she spent the last five years out of her 7-8 years of career working on Pushpa, calling the sets of the film her home. She wrote, “Out of the 7/8 years, the last 5 years being on this set almost made this set my home in the industry and finally it was my last day,” adding that “it felt different.. It felt overwhelming..it felt like it was ending, some sort of sadness that even I didn’t understand and suddenly all the emotions came together and the days of extreme hard work came rushing back to me and.. I was feeling tired, exhausted, but at the same time so grateful.”
In a noteworthy statement, she penned, “Of course there’s still so much work left and apparently there’s a part 3,” dropping a major hint about the third installment of the franchise.
Rashmika Mandanna will reprise her role of Srivalli in Pushpa 2: The Rule whereas Allu Arjun is set to return as Pushpa Raj. The upcoming film is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings, with music by T-Series. The film will be released in theatres on December 5.
