One who attacked police arrested
Ayodhya Cantt police station has arrested an accused in the case of attacking and injuring the Diwan of UP 112 PRV squad. While the search is on for other accused involved in the case. The case was registered against Vaibhav Singh, a resident of Banveerpur village of the police station area, on Thursday night.

In this case, the chief constable of the PRV squad had accused Banveerpur resident Shriram Singh, son of late Jagjivan Singh and his sons Tripuresh Singh and Prakhar Singh of fatal attack with sticks, kicks and punches and of spreading terror and chaos.
On the complaint, the police had registered a report against the three under the sections of assault on a public servant, obstruction in government work, assault and wounding and creating an atmosphere of panic. At the same time, the victim Vaibhav Singh had also filed a report against five people including father and son under the section of assault, abuse, threat and vandalism. Cantt Police had conducted medical examination of the injured.
On Saturday, Inspector in-charge of Cantt police station Amarendra Bahadur Singh said, “In the registered cases, the police has arrested one of the accused, Tripuresh Singh, resident of Banveerpur, who attacked the chief constable of PRV, from Abusarai under pass in the afternoon. The police has issued a challan to the arrested accused.
