Ingredients of Moong Dal Soup:
1 bowl soaked moong dal, 1 green chilli, 7-8 garlic cloves, some ginger, green coriander, 1 tablespoon ghee, salt, cumin, sesame seeds, 1 lemon.
Soup recipe:
-Grind soaked moong dal and fennel in a mixer.
-While grinding also add green chilli and ginger.
-Adjust the water in such a way that the soup can be thin or thick.
Then heat ghee in a pan and fry the garlic until it turns golden brown.
-Keep some garlic to garnish the soup.
-Now add the mixture of cumin and lentils in the pan and mix well.
Preparing to make the soup:
-Cook this mixture on medium flame for 5-7 minutes.
-Now add salt to it and cover it and let it steam.
-After turning off the gas, add lemon juice.
Garnishing:
Sprinkle fried sesame seeds, roasted garlic and green coriander on the prepared soup.
