Cinnamon is one of the prominent spices derived from the bark of Cinnamomum trees. It’s used in cuisines globally as a flavour enhancer and natural antioxidant. According to Local 18, this spice is also used to control the growth of cancer cells and blood pressure. Ayurvedic physician Dr Kishan Lal says that consuming cinnamon regularly keeps blood pressure under control.
The physician also said the regular consumption of cinnamon also controls cholesterol levels. According to him, it is directly linked to the heart and protects people from many heart-related ailments. Apart from this, this spice also comprises elements to prevent cancer. It reduces the growth of cancer cells. Dr Kishan Lal said the cancer cells can be eliminated if cinnamon is consumed regularly. It controls the formation of tumours in the blood vessels.
Ayurvedic doctor Dr Pintu Bharti also shared some insights about cinnamon. He said that this spice has many medicinal properties. He said it is the reason why cinnamon is used in Ayurvedic medicines. According to him, the aroma of cinnamon is excellent. It helps protect against bacterial and fungal infections.

1. Cinnamon is crucial for those who are facing the problem of erectile dysfunction. They can consume cinnamon mixed with milk or water before sleeping at night. Cinnamon tea may also be beneficial in such cases.
2. If men are diabetic, drinking cinnamon milk or tea can help them maintain their blood sugar levels. Cinnamon can also help deal with problems related to bone, joint pain or inflammation.
3. Infertility is another problem many men face. To tackle this, they should take cinnamon powder mixed with milk or lukewarm water. It can also be consumed with salad, smoothies, curd, vegetables or soup.
4. If men feel physically weak or lack strength and energy, they should take cinnamon regularly. Drinking cinnamon powder combined with water or milk may bring back the lost energy of their body.
