Bhavish Aggarwal, CEO of Ola Electric Mobility Limited, said that the company’s stores will be increased from 800 to 4,000 in a month. Bhavish Aggarwal gave this information by sharing a post on social media platform
Bhavish Aggarwal shared the post and wrote, ‘This month we are taking the electric revolution to the next level. From 800 stores we will reach 4000 stores this month itself. Our goal is to get as close to our customers as possible.
All stores will open simultaneously across India on 20th December. This will be the biggest one-day store opening ever. All stores also have service capacity.
Ola shares rose 3% to Rs 90
Due to this news, Ola’s share is trading around Rs 90 today with a rise of more than 3%. Ola’s shares have increased by more than 25% in the last 5 days.
The company’s shares were listed on August 9.
In the last one month, the company’s shares have given a return of 11% to the investors. The market cap of the company is Rs 37.84 thousand crore. The company’s shares were listed on BSE-NSE on 9 August.
The initial public offer i.e. IPO of Ola Electric Mobility was opened on 2nd August and closed on 6th August. The company had raised ₹6,145.56 crore through this issue.
Ola Electric was established in 2017
Bengaluru-based Ola Electric Mobility was founded in 2017. The company mainly manufactures electric vehicles, battery packs, motors and vehicle frames at the Ola Future factory. As of March 31, 2024, the company had 959 employees (907 permanent and 52 freelancers).
