Gudiya Devi’s wife Om Prakash, a resident of Kada Dham town, gave a complaint to the police station and told that there was a dispute regarding the partition between her brother-in-law and the president of Panda Samaj Shitala Dham Devi Temple Management Committee Om Prakash and her brother-in-law Atma Prakash alias Tinku.
Beaten with sticks and bleeding
During this, the accused Atma Prakash alias Tinku and his other in-charge Jin together beat the victim Gudiya Devi and her husband Om Prakash with sticks and left them bleeding. During this time the jewelery worn in the ears and neck was also snatched.
In a video of the fight, two parties are seen fighting with each other after an argument. The police station has taken cognizance of the complaint and video and started investigating the matter. According to the victim, Kada Dham Police President is not taking action in his favor under the pressure of the Temple Management Committee.
